Coastal Engineering & Testing Company is fully qualified to perform Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Consulting, and Materials Engineering and Testing of all construction materials and procedures, and maintains an approved testing laboratory in Charleston, South Carolina. Our equipment and procedures meet the requirements outlined in ASTM E-329 "Recommended Practice For Inspection and Testing Agencies For Concrete, Steel, and Bituminous Materials Used In Construction".
